Scindia’s swift response to passenger; Vows to look into ‘ridiculous’ rule

Civil Aviation minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has promised to examine the 'new airline rule' after a passenger red-flagged about being charged extra for boarding passes at the check-in counters at the airport. The complainant said that she was charged extra by Spicejet and called the move an unfair practice. Several other passengers too have reacted after facing the same issue with other airlines.
