'Wasted 25 years...': Uddhav Thackeray slams BJP ahead of Maha municipal polls

Uddhav Thackeray slammed the BJP while addressing Sena workers on the 96th birth anniversary of Sena founder Bal Thackeray. Maharashtra chief minister said that Shiv Sena wasted 25 years in alliance with BJP. He said, "We left BJP and not Hindutva, BJP is not synonymous with Hindutva". The two parties first came together in 1994, but Sena fell out with BJP after 2019 state polls and formed govt with NCP and Congress.The Sena chief also challenged ex-ally BJP to not use central agencies against political opponents.
