Watch: Tourists celebrate birthday at ghat & misbehave with cops, arrested

Tourists were seen celebrating birthday at a ghat in Uttarakhand’s Haridwar. Police reached the spot and asked the tourists to leave. Police said the tourists misbehaved with cops and were arrested.
