Putin has the last laugh: Zelesnsky loses Luhansk with the fall of Lysychansk

Putin's men took control of the last major Ukrainian-held city in Luhansk region. Big win, Moscow closer to the stated goal of seizing all of Donbas region. Control over Lysychansk would open the way to move west into Donetsk province. Ukrainian fighters spent weeks trying to defend Lysychansk but lost control. Russian Govt stated Luhansk People's Republic (a breakaway region) now 'liberated'.
