Chechen Warlord Ramzan Kadyrov, a staunch ally of Putin, has offered to release 20 Ukrainian prisoners if the U.S. removes sanctions on his family and horses. Kadyrov claims to have several Ukrainian prisoners of war who were captured during fighting in Donetsk and Luhansk. Kadyrov and his family were sanctioned by the west over the situation of human rights in Chechnya and allegations of re-education of Ukrainian children allegedly captured by Russia.
