Russia shuts consulates of Estonia, Lithuania & Latvia | 'Genocide' resolutions

In a retaliatory move, Russia has ordered the closure of Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania consulates. All non-Russian consular staff ordered to leave Russia, declared 'persona non grata'. Russia & the Baltic states are engaged in retaliatory optics, with diplomats expelled earlier. In may, Latvia & Estonia ordered the closure of Russian consulates, while Lithuania told the envoy to leave.
