Russian Forces 'kidnap' second Ukrainian Mayor in three days

The Mayor of Ukraine's Dniprorudne city allegedly abducted by Russian Armed Forces. Yevhen Matveyev, the elected head of Dniprorudne is the second Ukrainian mayor to be 'abducted' in 3 days. After predecessor kidnapped, will Russian Forces install a new mayor for Dniprorudne city too?
