Smriti Irani became the latest Modi minister to wade into the ‘Sanatan Dharma’ row as she led chants against Stalin Jr’s controversial remarks. At a religious event, the union minister said that no one can challenge “our religion” until devotees are alive. Udhayanidhi Stalin, son of Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin and a minister in his government, kicked up a huge political row by calling for the eradication of Sanatan Dharma.
