Senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi has said that the opposition is hoping for a “completely opposite” result predicted by the exit polls. “We just have to wait and see,” Sonia Gandhi told reporters in the national capital. Almost all of the major exit polls have predicted a third term for Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP, but the opposition claims that it is returning to power with at least 295 seats. Election results will be announced on June 4.
