Chennai to host commonwealth karate competition

Chennai is all set to host Commonwealth Karate competition next year. The professional karate players hope the event will help make the game popular in a cricket-frenzied country. The two officials from the All India Karate Do Federation or AIKF arrived at Chennai to inspect ground condition of the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium. Billy Brennan also expressed his satisfaction with the facilities provided at Chennai stadium.
