'Threat to peace': Modi Govt designates Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar as terrorist

Pakistan-based Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar (alias Latram) designated as terrorist by the Union Govt. Zargar - one of 3 terrorists released by India during the hijacking of Indian Airlines flight 814 in 1999. Maulana Masood Azhar & Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh were the other two terrorists released in 1999. Masood Azhar is now chief of the Jaish terror group, while Sheikh was reportedly involved in 9/11 planning.
