Donald Trump has hinted that a proposed peace agreement with Russian President Vladimir Putin could extend far beyond Ukraine and involve the whole of Europe. Meanwhile, Ukraine and European allies remain concerned about security guarantees and their role in any settlement. Could Trump’s push for peace reshape Europe’s security architecture and leave US allies facing difficult choices?
