Ending the suspense on whether the long-pending women reservation bill would be introduced in the special session of Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 19 announced the key bill in the new Sansad Bhavan. PM Modi said maybe the god has chosen him to execute this holy job while underlining the decades of delay in making women quota in Lok Sabha and state assemblies a reality.
