7 kids among 13 dead in Russian school shooting; Putin slams ‘inhuman attack'

A deadly gun attack at a Russian school in the city of Izhevsk. A gunman opened fire inside a school in central Russia, killing at least 13 people and injuring 20 others. The victims include at least seven children and two teachers. Some footage on social media shows blood on a classroom floor and a bullet hole in a window, with children crouching down underneath desks. The Governor of the Udmurt Republic said "the shooter got into a school by killing the guard.'' The gunman has also reportedly killed himself, but the motive is still unclear.
