FSB says suspect in shooting of top Russian general extradited from Dubai

Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) says that the man suspected of shooting top Russian military intelligence officer Lt. Gen. Vladimir Alexeyev in Moscow has been detained in Dubai and extradited to Russia. Alekseyev was hospitalized after being shot several times by an unidentified assailant at an apartment building in northwestern Moscow, Investigative Committee spokesperson Svetlana Petrenko said Friday.
