Kharge, the Leader of the Opposition, who was giving his farewell speech talked about his long parliamentary journey and associations with senior leaders, including former Prime Minister H. D. Deve Gowda and NCP founder Sharad Pawar. Speaking about Deve Gowda, Kharge quipped, "I have known him for 54 years and have worked with him. But I don't know what happened.
