NATO Summit May Flop? Cluster Munitions For Kyiv Leave Allies Divided At Vilnius Summit

As NATO Summit begins in Lithuania, the allies are evidently split over cluster munitions for Ukraine. While the United States said it consulted all allies and partners on the matter, NATO seems to have distanced itself from the decision.
