North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un met Russia's Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu in Pyongyang. The Rare Meeting Took Place as both sides pledged to boost relationships. Shoigu handed Kim a letter from Russian President Vladimir Putin. Kim, in turn, thanked Putin for sending a military delegation led by Shoigu. Kim walked Shoigu around an arms exhibition, showcasing North Korea's newest and most advanced weapons.
