Putin blasts Ukraine for 'act of terror' on Kerch bridge; ‘Kyiv orchestrated…’

Russian President Vladimir Putin called the explosion on the Kerch bridge an act of terrorism. Putin accused Ukraine's secret services of orchestrating the attack. He will also hold a security council meeting today to discuss the future course of action.
