Former Russian oligarch has said that he was tracking President Vladimir Putin's movement during the short-lived armed rebellion of Wagner PMC group on June 24. Self-exiled Mikhail Khodorkovsky said that Putin and a few Russian officials had indeed fled Moscow during the coup bid.
