The Russian army inflicted fire damage on its Ukrainian counterparts in the last 24 hours as Kyiv's counteroffensive falters. The Russian defence ministry said that over 890 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed, 97 artillery units destroyed, 11 HIMARS projectiles and 38 drones intercepted in the past day.
