Talks mediated by France, Germany: Russia-Ukraine agree on ceasefire

Russian and Ukrainian negotiators have committed to upholding ceasefire in eastern Ukraine. The announcement came after 4-way talks involving representatives from Russia, France, Ukraine and Germany. After hours of hectic discussions, Ukraine and Russia backed 'unconditional' compliance of ceasefire. Russia was represented by Kremlin's deputy Chief of Staff and Ukraine by the Presidential Advisor in the meeting. Advisors to French president Macron and German chancellor Scholz also took part in the meet. Watch the full video for more.
