Young Afghan freestyle cyclists use exercise as an escape from violence. On the outskirts of Afghanistan's capital Kabul, brushing aside suicide bombings, a group of young men and women mount often-rickety bikes and perform a variety of tricks learnt from online videos via YouTube and Facebook.
