Highlights: PM Modi and Russian President Putin address joint statement

Russia's President Vladimir Putin held talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi as sanctions-hit Moscow tries to strengthen energy, defence and strategic ties in Asia. India has agreed to identify a second site, in addition to Kudankulam, for Russian-designed nuclear power units.Modi highlighted the strategic partnership between India and Russia that is "incomparable in content". The defense partners also outlined an ambitious vision for nuclear energy of at least 10 more reactors. Russia has also offered to fully manufacture in India one of its most advanced helicopters.
