Foreign Secretary Ranjan Mathai, who is accompanying Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at the Earth Summit in Rio De Janeiro in Brazil, today said that India and China are on track for achieving the 100 billion dollar trade target by 2015. Meanwhile, Mathai added that India and China have setup a joint mechanism for dealing with boundary issues that have been a major roadblock in bilateral relations between the neighbours.
