Pakistani authorities on March 6, arrested three suspects along with jackets and explosive material, allegedly involved in Lahore suicide bomb blast on March 4. Addressing a news conference in Lahore, the Capital city police officer said that three suspects arrested belonged to a defunct terrorist organization and had plans to conduct suicide attacks targeting important personalities.
