Nepal assures safety of Indian priests

On her two day visit to Nepal, Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao on Tuesday said that Nepal assured security to Indian priests who were earlier beaten up by Maoists at an ancient Hindu temple. Rao also met Nepalese Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal and held talks to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two neighbouring nations.
