Pakistan claims India behind attacks

The police chief of Lahore, Parvez Rathore has claimed hat an Indian hand was involved in two militant attacks in the city last month.Reacting to the charge, authorities in New Delhi described it as “preposterous”. India's Minister of State for External Affairs, Anand Sharma, said, it is a well-known fact around the world that Pakistan was at the center of the terrorist menace.
