New Yorkers publicly stripped to their underwear in the middle of winter, along with pantless crowds in about 60 countries. This is the 15th Annual No Pants Subway Ride and participants strut their stuff from seven different points all over New York City to eventually meet in Union Square. Sunday's No Pants Subway Ride began in New York in 2002 and was coordinated by Improv Everywhere, a global flash mob. By 2006, 150 people had joined the fun, feeling the draft as they rode the train without trousers.
