The iconic Playboy mansion is up for sale and it comes with a huge asking price... $200 million. The 20,000 square foot Gothic-Tudor-style mansion in Los Angeles boasts of 29 rooms, has a tennis court, swimming pool, and that infamous Playboy grotto. The house is also one of a select few residences in LA that have a zoo license. But there is a catch. The buyer has to agree to allow Hugh Hefner to stay in the house for the rest of his life.
