Watch | Water fight with elephants in Thailand

Getting into a water fight with elephants is part of the Songkran festival marking the start of the traditional Thai New Year. Local residents, tourists, and elephants sprayed each other with water and soaked up the atmosphere in Ayutthaya province. Severe drought led authorities to ask the festival organisers to use less water. The elephants have even been trained to suck up less water and to aim more carefully.
