Berlusconi calls Obama 'tanned' again

According to the reports, Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has again called US President Barack Obama "tanned."
"I bring you greetings from...What's his name? Some tanned guy. Ah! Barack Obama!" Berlusconi told a rally of supporters in Milan.
Shortly after Obama's election in 2008, Mr Berlusconi said the victor was "young, handsome, and even has a good tan".
Berlusconi, known for his gaffes, also made a jab at the US First Lady Michelle Obama.
"You won't believe it," he said, "but two of them went to the beach because the wife is also tanned".
At the G20 dinner in Pittsburgh, Michelle Obama chose to shake Berlusconi's hand rather than exchanging hugs and kisses as she did with most guests.
