Former Pakistani president Pervez Musharraf has said he will return to Pakistan soon to join national politics.
In a telephonic address to a group of students here, Musharraf said he would soon return to Pakistan to take part in national politics, Online news agency said Tuesday citing a private TV channel report.
"Pakistan again will be on the track of progress with the efforts of the All Pakistan Muslim League," Musharraf said, adding that he needed the people's support to change the "fate of Pakistan".
The All Pakistan Muslim League was formed earlier this year by Musharraf who has expressed his desire to contest the next parliamentary polls in the country.
