It also claimed it had evidence of India's involvement in fomenting trouble in southwestern Balochistan province.
"Indian elements remain present in Balochistan and FATA (Federally Administered Tribal Area)," Foreign Office spokesperson Abdul Basit was quoted as saying by 'Dawn News'.
Basit claimed the Interior Ministry had evidence to prove the Indian presence and will make "a sovereign decision" on which it wants to share it with. He said India had not requested for the evidence as yet and added that such a highly sensitive issue would not be conducted through the media.
On India's assertion that the composite dialogue cannot be resumed unless Pakistan takes action against perpetrators of the Mumbai attacks, Basit said such demands are "untenable" as true dialogue does not come with pre-conditions.
"This is a sign that India is not serious about restoring peace in the region," he was quoted as saying.
Basit also said the Kashmir issue's resolution is key to peace in South Asia.
Pakistan's Minister of State for Shipping Nabeel Gabol also alleged in a separate media interview that Indian embassy in Kabul had "virtually become a RAW headquarters".
Islamabad has evidence of India's alleged involvement in fomenting unrest in Pakistan, which will be provided to New Delhi "through international community," he told Geo News channel.
