Says Kashmira, “I’m always interesting in doing projects that touch my heart. As a couple, Krushna and I share a strong chemistry and we have been able to bring out sensuality in our performance.”

This is Kashmira’s second item song after the Murder (2004) number Dil ko hazaar bar…. “I have performed eight hit songs in my career, whereas no other item girl in the industry has given more than two hits. I got this song purely on my merits,” says Kashmira, who has also danced to tracks in movies such as Aankhen (2002), Vaastav (1999) and Kurukshetra (2000).

Boneless biryani… has been choreographed by Prabhu Deva’s brother Vishnu Deva. “Vishnu is a very fast dancer. And the best thing is that he simplifies the
most difficult steps for the actors. He is married to his steps,” she says.
