Quashing split rumours, Raj whisks Shilpa to a ‘secret place’ for her birthday

Recently there were rumours of actor Shilpa Shetty and husband Raj Kundra heading for a separation. However, recent pictures of the two, posted by Shilpa, seemed to have put these rumours to rest.

Refuting rumours of a split, actor Shilpa Shetty shared multiple pictures with her husband Raj Kundra, on Instagram, celebrating her birthday. She even captioned one as, “Whisked away to a secret place.. Away from home ...by hubby ..Yaay...#prebirthdaycelebration #mrniceguy #lovesurprises #inlove (sic).”

For her birthday, the couple visited Shilpa’s favourite restaurant for a romantic dinner. Shilpa posted a collage of pictures with her husband and of the exotic food served there. “Faaab pre Birthday dinner at my fav restaurant,” she captioned it. In fact, the menu, too, was customised especially for the actor.

The couple tied the knot in 2009, and have a four-year-old son Viaan.
