Ram Gopal Varma interviews Amitabh Bachchan, Big B finds his questions ‘stupid’

In a novel promotional stunt for his upcoming film Sarkar 3, Ram Gopal Varma has interviewed the movie’s star Amitabh Bachchan.

Sarkar 3 is the third part of the Sarkar franchise and is scheduled to release on May 12. Amitabh reprises his role of Subhash Nagre in the third film in the Sarkar franchise. Sarkar was said to be based on The Godfather and inspired by Shiv Sena’s late founder Bal Thackeray.

RGV asked Bachchan, if there will be another Amitabh Bachchan. Big B dismissed it as a “stupid question.”

Ram Gopal Varma declared, in a promo, that he was “bored” of Amitabh’s “modesty.”

The complete interview will be available for public viewing on May 8.

The first instalment of the Sarkar franchise was titled Sarkar, which released on July 1, 2005. It was followed by the release of Sarkar Raj on June 6, 2008.

Sarkar 3 features Jackie Shroff, Amit Sadh, Manoj Bajpayee, Ymai Gautam, Ronit Roy and Supriya Pathak in main roles.
