Sonakshi Sinha turns lyricist, singer for Dabangg tour, rewrites Love Dose

The originally Honey Singh song, Love Dose, featured Sonakshi Sinha and she has now reworked the lyrics and will sing it too during Salman Khan’s Dabangg tour.

Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha, who will perform in Atlanta with Salman Khan and brigade for their Dabangg Reloaded tour on Friday, has turned lyricist for the hit concert. She has reworked the lyrics of a song, Love Dose, that she plans to perform on stage during the tour.

Originally a Honey Singh song, Love Dose featured Sonakshi Sinha in the video. “I’m really excited about the tour more so because I will not just be dancing, but also singing something special. My music team and I have created a brand new rendition of Love Dose, one of my favourite songs of Honey Singh, changing the lyrics from the point of view of a girl,” Sonakshi said in a press statement.

She added, “I worked on it amidst my dance rehearsals and between my shoot for Kalank in this first schedule. The song has come together really well and I am hoping we have the audiences swoon and enjoy it as much as we did recreating it. I’m sure Honey (Singh) will love it too.”

Sonakshi recently completed her shoot for Happy Phir Bhaag Jayegi and is currently working on Karan Johar’s Kalank that also features Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit, among others.
