Kapil explained the content of his debut film: You can call Kis Kisko Pyaar Karu a comedy thriller. There are a lot of things in the film... I've even done a bit of romance in the film.. When I spoke to Abbas Mustan, they too were of the opinion that we need to make a neat and clean comedy film. In terms of comedy, it is easy to get under the belt, so it's a big thing if you proceed by being careful about it.

The trailer presents Kapil Sharma as a fraud who has already married three women and dating the fourth one. Apart from Kapil, the film also features Elli Avram, Sai Lokur, Manjari Phadnis, Simran Kaur Mundi, Varun Sharma and Arbaaz Khan in important roles.
