This comes shortly after the recent killing of Haryanvi YouTuber and singer Ankit Baliyan, who was shot dead by four men outside a gym in Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli on August 26.

The incident occurred around 10.30pm when the suspect arrived on a motorcycle and fired a single shot at the parked vehicle. Kharkiya was not present at the farmhouse during the attack. Police teams arrived at the scene upon receiving information and initiated a thorough probe.

Shortly after the attack, an unverified social media post purportedly issued by gangster Anil Pandit claimed responsibility for the attack. Naming associates Himanshu Sonipat, Harry Boxer, and Harman Sandhu, the post threatened Kharkiya over an alleged failure to answer calls. Police officials said they are verifying the authenticity of the social media claims.

Bhiwani superintendent of police Mayank Mishra said,”Efforts are being made to identify and arrest the accused, and the police investigation is underway.”
