Kuldeep Yadav removed Prabhsimran Singh (76) in the right moment, removing the Punjab Kings opener in the eighth over as they chase 265 runs. The incident took place during the third over when Ngidi tried to catch Priyansh's poorly connected shot in the mid-off region. But the veteran ended up missing it as he stretched backwards and ended up falling on his head. The physio and stretcher entered the field and soon an ambulance followed, taking him away. Punjab Kings are chasing a massive 265-run target, but they are also the best team in IPL 2026. Priyansh and Prabhsimran have handed PBKS the perfect start, taking on opposition bowlers with ease. Xavier Bartlett removed Nitish Rana (91) in the 19th over, but it came a little too late. The Punjab Kings batter departed for 91 off 44 balls, which also saw him build a 220-run stand with KL Rahul. The damage was done! Building on Rana's explosive 12th over, Rahul got his century off only 47 balls in the 15th over, smacking Marco Jansen for a four.
