Sohan de Livera

A left-handed wicketkeeper-batter, Sohan de Livera began his first-class career with Sinhalese Sports Club in 2020 before making his T20 debut for the same side in 2021, where he was part of the squad that secured the club's first SLC T20 title in 16 years. He moved to Moors Sports Club soon after and made his List A debut later that year, establishing himself as a regular across Sri Lanka's domestic competitions.

De Livera has produced several notable knocks in the longer format, including a 133 for Galle in the 2023 National Super League semi-final and a dominant 139 off 160 balls for Moors SC against Kurunegala YCC in the 2026 SLC Major League. He also featured for Dambulla Sixers in the Lanka Premier League and demonstrated his ability to perform on international tours, remaining unbeaten on 50 for Sri Lanka A against Australia A in Darwin in 2025.

Consistently featured across Sri Lanka's pathway programs, including the Sri Lanka Emerging and Sri Lanka A squads, De Livera earned his maiden senior call-up for Sri Lanka's squad for the 2026 Asian Games following a stellar run in the 2026 Major Club T20 tournament, where he scored 307 runs in 7 games. His sharp glovework and middle-order left-handed batting make him a key addition to the national team.
