Scores of members of Vegetable Traders' Association at the mandi had, on Monday, embarked on a dharna to also demand formation of an agriculture produce marketing committee out of the already elected members.
Said Anil Malhotra, one of the elected members of the APMC, "Around 2,000 traders and labourers participated in
the rally. We were joined in by several farmers.”
