This year a total of 2109208 candidates have registered for the exam out of which 2093978 candidates have appeared for it and 1976668 candidates have passed the exam. The overall pass percentage is 94.40 percent. Trivandrum district has topped the exam with 99.68 percent followed by Bengaluru by 99.22 percent and Chennai by 98.97 percent.
