The second cutoff list of Delhi University colleges have certainly seen a dip, but for popular courses like economics, Bcom (hons), English, history, political science in top colleges, the dip is only between 0.25 to 0.75% and cutoff remains above 95%.

The science courses which had in the first cutoff seen a very high increase compared to last year, has come down by up to 2% in major colleges but it is still above 90% mark.
