Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, PGCIL has invited applications for Engineer Trainee posts. Eligible candidates who want to apply for the posts can do it through the official website of PGCIL at powergrid.in. This recruitment drive will fill up 184 posts through GATE 2023 score.

The registration process was started on October 20 and will end on November 10, 2023. Read below for eligibility, selection process and other details.

Vacancy Details

  • Engineer Trainee (Electrical): 144 posts
  • Engineer Trainee (Civil): 28 posts
  • Engineer Trainee (Electronics): 6 posts
  • Engineer Trainee (Computer Science): 6 posts

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Full Time B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA*. The age limit of the candidate should be below 28 years of age.

Selection Process

The Selection Process consists of normalized marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding paper of GATE 2023, Behavioral Assessment, Group Discussion & Personal Interview. Eligible candidates should have qualified and secured a valid score in the corresponding paper of GATE 2023.

Application Fees
