They have denied being in a relationship earlier, but the rumoured couple are all set to tie the knot now, according to Star magazine.
Apparently Reynolds, 34, brought up the subject of marriage during their Wyoming vacation.
"Ryan told her he was ready to tie the knot whenever she wants. And after seeing how quickly she's bonded with baby Louis, she decided she's ready to pull the trigger, too," said a source.
"So they started discussing the logistics of pulling off a low-key, barefoot wedding that would reflect their laid-back lifestyle."
The wedding will be small with only 25 guests, Bullock's son Louis will be the best man the pair will feed the party with BBQ from the 47-year-old actress' favourite restaurant in Austin.
