Did you know your nail paint can do a lot more than just making your nails look glam? Good things come in small packages and the same is true for nail paint.
From customising your jewellery to water- proofing matchsticks, you can do a lot with that little jar of colour. Here’s how:
1Customise your phone charger
Bored with your dull-looking charger? It’s time to get creative! Grab your glitter nail paint and give your charger a dip. You can also do a cute design using a bright paint to make your charger stand out.
Rust stains can ruin metal jewellery. To keep it lustrous and give it a long life, apply a coat of clear paint on it.
3 Revamp your jewellery
If you struggle with finding the right accessory for your outfit, just grab a nail paint matching the colour of your dress and paint any of your old jewellery with it and you’ll have a completely new looking accessory.
4 Snags in your tights
We’ve all experienced tiny holes in our stockings and pantyhose when our nails unknowingly damage them. But did you know you can fix those peeps and prevent them from further unraveling the fabric? Apply two coats of clear polish on it. This will harden the material and prevent from further rips.
If you have a lot of keys and just can’t keep track of them, paint them all in different colours. To make it easy to remember, paint the first few letters of where that key belongs.
6Keep the buckle shining
We’ve all faced this one. Belt buckles can get oxidised and rust quickly, and also lose their colour. Cover new belt buckles with a coat of clear polish for a long-lasting shine.
7 Seal envelopes with ease
Did the foul-tasting envelope seal just ruin your taste? Lather a few quotes of clear paint on the envelope to seal it and lick no more! Clear paint will act like a great adhesive and seal the envelope in seconds.
