Designer Sarah Burton, who created the showstopping gown of royal bride Catherine, has finally opened up about making the dress.
Despite numerous demands, the Alexander McQueen designer refused to comment on the Duchess of Cambridge''s wedding gown at the Met ball on Monday.
But at last she broke her silence during an appearance at the Alexander McQueen concession at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York on Thursday.
She said that avoiding photographers, and keeping details of the dress under wraps was great fun.
“The most fun I had was trying to hide. We laughed a lot about that,” the Daily Mail quoted her as telling the New York Post.
