Here are five quick and easy tips that you can weave into your daily routine and say goodbye to laziness:

1. Stay hydrated

2. Eat high-fibre diet

3. Get a light and healthy breakfast.

Light meals are easy to digest and don’t leave us feeling bloated, uncomfortable and lazy. A healthy quick fix is to start the day with muesli along with skimmed milk and fresh fruits for breakfast. (Shutterstock)

Avoid too much coffee as it is dehydrating. Green tea is a wonderful beverage to drink early in the morning or even late evenings as it is packed with anti-oxidants and is known to strengthen the immune system and improve memory.
